30TON VERTICAL TEST RIG

Chinalifting test centre was initially installed to carry out additionalpre-despatch testing of customers¡¯ shipments to provide qualified and safeproducts consistently. The testing include material analysis, Proof testing& Broken testing of lifting and rigging products, such as shackles, chains,slings,metal fittings etc. Now it has expanded extensively since itsestablishment in 2007.
The centre is fully equipped with state of the artfacilities including 100tonne X 12 mtr tensile test bed , 200 tonne verticaltest rig, 30tonne vertical test rig etc.
Working independently from ourfactories routine inspections and testing , we take additional products atrandom and carry out full inspections/order compliance and load testing.
ChinaLifting consistently review the inspection and test procedures to meetthe high standards of our customers to insure compliance with InternationalStandards such as EN, AS¡­.
All of our test facilities are independentlycalibrated and checked by Ningbo Institute of Measuring and TestingTechnology.
